Gia Dinh University (GDU) has started to receive high school students’ application forms from their home in Ho Chi Minh City as a flexible way under the circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic. This means great convenience for high school students to enroll.
In addition to the online admission channel, GDU’s consultant team collect admission forms from students’ home in HCM City, so that those who want to become its new students can get ahead safe, rapidly, and easily.

During the Covid-19 outbreaks, admission based on high school records proves efficiency.
Dr. Mai Duc Toan – Head of Admissions – Communications Department of GDU, said: “Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, many students and parents are having difficulties coming to the GDU office for application procedures. Therefore, the GDU Admission Council has worked out the new way, which helps students stay at home without going out. For this way, there are no extra fees in the counseling process because we maximize support activities for our students. This is special support to help and encourage students before the high school graduation exam taking place early July.”
The GDU support department works from Monday to Sunday during office hours, starting from June 21, 2021.
Receiving admission application at candidate’s home is safe for candidates.
GDU will support candidates in two main tasks: First, directly supporting to complete the admission application forms; Second, the results of the examination will be announced at the candidate’s home. Specifically, candidates who have submitted the application form and need to submit some supplements, the university will receive the additional documents also at the candidate’s home. For candidates who prefer to getting consulting directly, and receive admission results at home, GDU admissions staff receive the request and carry it out.
