At IEC Quang Ngai, learning project activities are always scientifically and creatively designed for students to suit each grade and age, so that extra-curricular classes can create excitement and real inspiration.
Cooking classes
At the end of the school year, iSchool and UKA Quang Ngai students joined cooking classes to make kimbap rice rolls, fruit jelly, and cookies. Thanks to that, the children got to know how to use kitchen utensils, knew about ingredients, spices, enjoyed food and desserts.
These activities help children practice teamwork skills, practical skills, form independence, self-service habits, and help parents in housework.

Making hand sanitizer
The goal is to give students the opportunity to gain more knowledge about Covid-19 pandemic preparedness. The students of iSchool Quang Ngai participated in making hand sanitizer. This is to help children increase their interest in Biology and Chemistry. The children could practice teamwork skills, observation skills, practical skills, analysis, and synthesis skills.

STEM Club
STEM education mainly provides students with knowledge and skills to work and thrive in today’s modern technological world. Lessons at the STEM Club at IEC Quang Ngai are designed to help students form multi-dimensional thinking about problems in life and find solutions to them.
At the STEM club, students get access to a variety of fields such as science, technology, engineering, and math, through experiential learning and project activities. Each project is a real challenge, students work together, discuss in groups to find a way to solve the problem and create the final product.

Book exhibitions
A special thing is that the book exhibition was planned and organized by UKA Quang Ngai students themselves and arranged the layout of books for many different ideas and layouts, which looked creative, unique, and beautiful. The students also acted as host to introduce good and useful books to their friends. The activities aim to encourage self-study spirit and reading habits, enhance students’ reading and comprehension skills.

Join Amazing Race
Amazing Race is an interdisciplinary activity of natural sciences Math – Physics – Chemistry – Biology. The contest was created by UKA Quang Ngai teachers to help students memorize knowledge better.
With this competition, the students must overcome challenges in each race to get hints related to the final treasure. At each stage, there is a combination of situational skills and application of subject knowledge. The UKers were extremely excited to participate and together overcame the challenges to complete the tasks.
